Prices and VAT

All product prices displayed on the Website www.elorys.com are expressed in EUR (Euro).

VAT included

The prices displayed include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Romania, in accordance with the tax rates and regulations in force at the time of the transaction.

No additional VAT charges will be added during the checkout process for deliveries made within the European Union.

Delivery costs

Import duties and customs taxes

Fairness of prices

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the prices displayed on the Website www.elorys.com.

However, in the event that a technical error or a material error occurs that affects the correct display of the price of a product, we reserve the right to act as follows:

Procedure in case of pricing error

1. Informing the customer

We will inform you as soon as possible about the price error found.

2. Options offered to the customer

We will offer you the possibility to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order, if you do not wish to continue the purchase at the correct price.

3. Impossibility of contact

If we fail to contact you within a reasonable time (by email and/or telephone), the order will be automatically cancelled, and if the amount related to the order has already been collected, you will receive a full refund.

None of the actions mentioned above affect the legal rights of the consumer.

In the event of an obvious price error, Elorys.com is not obliged to honor the order at an incorrect price that, reasonably, could have been identified by the customer as being incorrect.

All payments are processed securely through the Mollie payment platform, which complies with the highest international standards of online transaction security and data protection.

Elorys.com does not store or have direct access to your full credit or debit card details.

Sensitive payment information is collected and processed exclusively by Mollie, in complete security.

Some payment methods may only be available for certain countries or regions and may depend on the policy and coverage offered by Mollie and its payment processing partners.

The availability of payment options will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Payment Processing

Payment for your order will be charged when the order is accepted and processed by Elorys.com.

Payment Processing Steps

  1. Once you have completed your order and selected your desired payment method, the transaction will be directed to the secure payment platform Mollie for authorization.
  2. Elorys.com will confirm acceptance of the order and will proceed to effectively debit the related amount only after the successful authorization and confirmation of the payment by your bank or payment provider and acceptance of the order by our company.

Unsuccessful Payments

If the payment is not successfully processed or is not authorized, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order and notify the customer of the situation.

We will not deliver the ordered products until full payment has been made and confirmed.

Order Confirmation

Once payment is confirmed, we will immediately process your order and prepare it for shipment, according to our delivery times.

Exchange rate and bank fees

If you make a payment in a currency other than EUR (Euro), your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and/or additional currency conversion fees.

Customer Responsibility

Elorys.com processes all payments in EUR(Euro)

Elorys.com is not responsible for exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment processor and/or any additional fees charged by them for currency conversion.

To avoid inconveniences related to currency conversion and possible additional costs, we recommend that you contact the issuer of your bank card or the provider of the payment service used in advance, to obtain complete information regarding the exchange rate applied and the commissions and fees related to currency conversion.

Billing

Invoice content

The invoice will be issued in accordance with applicable tax legislation and will include:

  • the value of the products ordered;
  • the applicable VAT;
  • any other mandatory tax information.

The invoice will be sent in electronic format to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the billing information provided during the order placement is correct and complete.

Elorys.com cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the billing data entered by the customer.

Requests for invoice correction can be addressed to our Customer Service team, but only under the conditions and within the deadlines provided by current tax legislation.
